Burcu Gozler is an experienced Level 2 Competitive Team Coach and a Private Climbing Instructor with 6 years of Private Coaching experience under her belt. She coached
multiple athletes who competed at multiple National Championships and National Championship Finals events. She consistently coached athletes who had multiple podiums
finishes at Regional and Divisional Championships. She is a usual attendee of competitions throughout the year for multiple disciplines.

Extensive competition experience gave her an understanding of the requirements for a successful team and individuals. She constantly educates herself with workshops, podcasts, and books about the past, present and future of rock climbing. Burcu trained athletes with various backgrounds and skill levels on lead climbing, top roping, and bouldering categories.

She is a goal-oriented coach who enjoys and thrives on challenges. She provided successful training programs to young and old climbers of all ages and levels. She strongly believes that the fun and joy of climbing is a big part of consistency and dedication for success.

Burcu sees climbing as a tool to create resilient individuals who are ready to take on life’s challenges while having fun. She believes that what young individuals learn from rock climbing is applicable for all other aspects of their lives. She believes that achieving rock climbing goals can be a splendid example of how to overcome obstacles in life with a strong and healthy mindset.

Burcu is obsessed with rock climbing and coaching as it gives her a sense of fulfillment. She thinks that being able to share this experience with an amazing climbing community makes rock climbing incredibly special and unique. She has outdoor rock-climbing experiences all over the USA, Puerto Rico, Greece, Curacao and Türkiye.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and currently works in Administration for a private school. She has twin a son and a daughter. Burcu’s first love was basketball, and she played professionally during her high school years in Türkiye including representing Turkish National Team. She also enjoys sketching, painting, and diving.
