Hello! My name is Carly. I'm a routesetter and instructor at VITAL LES.
I began climbing eight years ago in the Southeast among some of the greatest sandstone in the world. I am a Performance Climbing Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with an academic background in psychology. I have a passion for helping climbers overcome mental barriers to access their full potential and for developing diverse movement proficiency to unlock a wide variety of climbs.
Outside of the gym, you can find me climbing on a rope somewhere, going to the movies, or hanging out with my cat.
